Finding Heads of Subjects in Education

These were innovative roles for one of the leading names in UK education.  Focused on the Secondary School market, these people would be subject champions for both qualifications development and the creation of supporting learning material.  Leading their respective subjects, the Heads would drive business strategy, planning the development of market winning propositions to drive growth and achieve company goals and build relationships both around the group and externally, with schools, awarding bodies and other educational organisations.

So we looked broadly through publishers, examining boards and a range of education bodies and quangoes to find contenders with the stature, vision and experience to make these positions work.
