Finding a Schools Sales Manager

A company, well established in the provision of educational material to schools, made a strategic decision to put together a schools sales team and we were asked to help find a suitable manager.  The company advertised on its own behalf and we researched the sales teams already working in the schools market to ensure comprehensive coverage.  Our role was to identify contenders and make initial contact with the client handling all interviews direct.  A strong shortlist from the combined sources resulted in a speedy appointment.
